Acid Reflux Help

When you want to be at your best, don’t let acid, burning, fire in your gut stop you. You need acid reflux help. Heartburn may seem like a simple cause-and-effect problem. You overeat or eat spicy foods, your heart hurts and then you take an Alka-seltzer. Unfortunately, the causes aren’t always so obvious. As you get older, you’ll be surprised at the silly little things that can cause acid reflux disease.

Sometimes we come down with GERD (Gastro Esophageal Reflux Disease) as we age. Doctors estimate that at age 65, we’ll have only 80% of the HCL (High Density Lipoprotein) digestive acid we had at 35. One contributing factor for acid reflux disease is our inability to produce enough stomach acid required to trigger the pancreas, the intestines and other functions needed during mineral absorption and waste removal. Never underestimate the heinous effects a sizable chunk of fatty food can leave behind! Before you know it, your food may be creeping back up the esophagus in a not-so-pleasant way. This is not the case with newborn reflux disease.
