Manifesting Money in Difficult Circumstances

  Manifesting money with the law of attraction requires a mental and emotional shift so that you are focusing more on abundance than on lack or scarcity. This can be challenging enough in normal circumstances, but when you find yourself in the midst of serious financial crisis it seems virtually impossible.

How can you stay focused on abundance when disaster may be lurking around the corner? How can you feel abundant when you’ve got bill collectors harassing you every day? How can you set aside your feelings of anxiety and trust that everything will be okay?

First things first. Since it can take time to shift your mindset so that you begin attracting more money naturally, it’s a good idea to brainstorm some physical actions you might take to get more money flowing in the meantime. That may include taking on a second job, selling some of your possessions, or cutting costs wherever you can. These changes may not resolve your financial problems forever, but they can go a long way in easing the pressure so you can begin focusing on the inner work.

Once those steps have been taken, the next most important step is to work on releasing feelings of anxiety. When it comes to manifesting money, feelings of anxiety and fear can put the brakes on the whole process. Remember that you cannot allow into your life anything that you are not vibrationally aligned with. When you feel fearful and anxious, you are more aligned with financial problems than you are with abundance. So doing your best to feel calmer and happier is vital.

But how?

Meditation is one good way. Just sitting for a few minutes a day, breathing deeply and letting go of resistant thoughts can do wonders in making you feel better. And as you start to feel better, you will start to allow more money to flow in. It may not be large sums at first, but with continued practice the size and frequency should increase.

Another good way to feel calm and happy is to spend time doing things you love. Set aside time to read uplifting books, take slow walks in the park, or snuggle with loved ones to watch a comedy on television. As you laugh, smile and feel uplifted, you are shifting your focus away from your problems and allowing solutions to appear. Most often, they will pop in when you least expect them.

No matter which activities you choose, remember that you will not transform your focus in one day. Commit to working on it day by day, a little bit at a time. The results you get from these small efforts will quickly multiply into bigger life changes that seem to happen naturally and easily.

The Law of Attraction-What Is It?

  Understanding the law of attraction can be a very hard concept to swallow. It goes against the grain of popular thought and there are many different theories out there that it can be hard to figure out what it is that you should beleive. The Law of Attraction simply states that whatever energies that you put out, you are going to attract back into your life. Sounds simple, am I right?

Well, there is a little more to it than just that. For instance, you have to know how to handle the law of attraction and control your thoughts. That in itself can be a hard thing to do. After all, we have so many thoughts that race through our minds day after day. How can you consciously control each and every one of them?

The good news is that you don’t have to control or even focus on every single thought. Heck, you are going to have subconscious thoughts that you are not even aware of, so how are you going to control those anyway?

Really, it is your predominate thoughts that you have to be aware of and take some control over. Some people tend to have an abundance of negative thoughts. Maybe they have learned to think this way from the people around them or they just kind of have always ran their thoughts in this way. And some people tend to be more positive most of the time.

The average person runs somewhere in the middle and this can easily explain why most people’s lives end up in the middle as well. It’s not too bad, but it’s not to Great, either. Your thoughts are really the starting point for all of your actions. If you want your actions to be different, then you have to begin with your thoughts.
