Here’s a really straightforward way to know the reason behind teaching kids Soccer practice games when they have already learnt basic soccer skills and techniques. Kids need to be exposed to real match-like situations so that they get hands-on experience on stress and pressure and adapt to soccer training.

The best method to do this is to design small-sided games and drills in which the players get fully absorbed. It is crucial that the kids get to contact the ball maximum number of times which is what will make them confident in dealing with the ball.

These games and drills teach the kids basic positional play. They absorb the following:

1. Run farther from the player with the ball than to him or her. 2. Stir “off the ball” and make a good passing angle. 3. Run past and receive the ball “in space”. 4. Pass to the back to help the team move to the back.

The term “positional play” also refers to the ability of the players to play in a specific position. It is known to everyone that a great soccer player demonstrates the ability to play from all positions. Consequently, a coach must make an effort to teach the players to play from all positions using soccer practice games.

In the long run, it is rather ineffective to condition any youngster to play only as a defender or a striker.

Below, there are 2 nice soccer drills to teach the players.

1. This game includes 6 players. 5 players spread themselves around a player who acts as a defender. Then the players who have the ball dribble or pass the ball to each other and the defender tries to steal the ball from them. Make sure that each player gets to play as a defender by changing after every few minutes.

Herein, the players must be taught to first attract the defender and subsequently pass the ball. They should also retain the control of the ball towards the side while keeping their head up. They should attempt to make good passing positions and if possible, camouflage the pass in the end.

2. 5 players and a grid is all that is necessary in this game. The one defending the ball stand within the grid and the remaining players outside it. Then the passing players try to make maximum passes in a row, across the grid without being intercepted. Once more, replace the players acting as defenders, every now and then.

They must be in charge of the ball mostly to the sides. They must use the outside of the foot along with employing hip and shoulder fakes.

Both of these soccer exercises greatly help the players by allowing them to play from different positions. They also make them agile and increase their ability to control the ball.

This is the easiest way to teach your players soccer practice games. Your drills for soccer should be aimed at teaching some very basic talents to the individual players in the training drills.

Some of the soccer exercises are based on a formation devised exclusively for them. Let’s discuss a few of them in detail.

A Goal Kick: It’s one of the most common kicks and is very easy to execute. It is required when the ball moves out of play, above the end line, and is last touched by the opposing team. The ball is then placed in the goal-box and is kicked out of the penalty region to bring it back into the play.

Corner Kick: Though this kick is not used a lot, it’s imperative to take it in your soccer practice for it might take place one or two times in the game. It is desired at the time of resuming the plan when the ball goes beyond the end line, out of play, and in the end touches a player from the rival team.

Direct Penalty Kick: When a major foul is committed outside the penalty area, it results in a direct penalty kick. The word direct in relation to soccer drills is used when the ball gets is kicked directly into the goal with not touching any player and resulting in scoring a point. You can teach your players to protect a direct kick.

Teach your players to put an obstacle by positioning themselves together in a line for blocking the pass of the ball into the goal. Only when the ball is able to cross the barricade getting right through it or from sideways, a goal is scored.

Indirect Penalty Kick: In drills for soccer, this is a consequence of a small mistake. Over here, indirect means that the ball shouldn’t be hit directly into the goal. In contrast to the direct kick, this kick must first hit another player and then enter the goal.

You can defend against an indirect kick in the same way as in a direct kick.

A penalty Kick: It happens when the defense commits a major foul while they are in their own penalty area. This kick is shot from the penalty mark. Only one player from the attacking team can take this kick. The goalie must position himself or herself in the middle of the goal and not move till the ball is kicked.

The chances of converting a penalty kick to a goal are high.

Goalkeeper Kick or Throw: When the goalie makes a save and has the ball, he must set it back into play. He can do so by either kicking or throwing the ball back to his own players.

So teach your players these drills for soccer so that they learn the techniques to save their team from getting goals.

Real Estate Finance Using Subject To Options

Real estate finance is one of our favorite real estate investing topics to write about.

Our students are always interested in new and intresting ways to finance their purchases of real property, so from time to time, we like to review some of our favorite strategies.

One of these is financing wholesale rela estate deals with “subject to options.”

Now, don’t let the fancy name intimidate you, subject to options aren’t as scary as they may sound, and they can really supercharge your real estate investing.

Typically the advantage to wholesale deals is that they can be turned over faster than retail deals.

If you give a low enough price that another real estate investor can come into the property, make a few upgrades or fixes and then sell it for a profit, then you have a larger market of potential buyers than if you are looking only for an end user.

When real estate investing with option contracts, all you do as a real estate investor is find a deal that you are interested in buying, negotiate a price with the seller, and then execute an option contract with the seller.

These deals can be financed in any number of ways, but one of our favorite real estate financing strategies is to negotiate a subject to option.

The subject to option gives you the right not only to purchase the property for a fixed price for a fixed period of time.

It also gives you the right to take over the property with its existing financing, meaning that as long as you’re willing to make the payments on the current mortgages on the property, you won’t need to go out and get new financing.

This is a powerful one-two investing strategy, because it allows you to contract a virtually limitless number of properties with very little money out of pocket (typically $10 for an option fee) and then to close on the properties without the expense, hassle or need for financing!

Private Money Real Estate Example
Real estate investing using private money lenders is a great way to increase the number of properties you can buy, despite the cost of the money you borrow.

For example, lets say that you are investing in a REO and you can buy it for $90,000. But, the current market once you fix it up a little, spending $10,000 in fix up costs is $150,000, and lets say that the fix up and time to sell after total a period of 120 days.

That means that you can make $50,000 on your real estate investment of $100,000 in only 1/3 of a year.

The return on this investment, assuming no finance costs, then is 50% ($50,000 / $100,000).

And, when you annualize it, put it in terms of an annual return on investment, the return is even better.

In fact, because you were able to turn the property over in only 1/3 of a year, the annual return on your real estate investingis 3 times what you made, or, in this case 150%!#/BREAK#
